All Mandala products are individually handcrafted and therefore some imperfections are natural and unavoidable. We treat these human errors as a measure of handmade nature. These imperfections includes misprint/cross printing, minor overlapping of screen, colour patchiness/spot, size/shade variation
Please Note: As all our mandala products are hand screen printed using vegetable dye, some colour fade is obvious and acceptable.
We deliver our entire product Australia wide. All items are dispatched within 1-7 business days depending upon the item after receiving full money in advance. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Someone might be required to accept delivery so please make sure somebody is there to accept parcel after signature. Otherwise you will get missed parcel notification at your door to pick up the parcel during the mentioned hours on notification card.

• Where a product is within the 14 days period and a refund is requested, Adore India will refund money.
• The 14 days guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business working days from the date of dispatch.
• Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per our 14 days Guarantee.
• Returned goods must be in their original condition/ packaging with all accessories.
• Where an item is found to be faulty, Adore India will provide a replacement if possible or item with equal value or store credit.
