Return Policy
Adore India provide 14 Days guarantee, protects all purchases made from our website and Store.
- Where a product is within the 14 days period and a refund is requested, Adore India will refund money.
- The 14 days guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business working days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per our 14 days Guarantee.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition/ packaging with all accessories.
- Where an item is found to be faulty, Adore India will provide a replacement if possible or item with equal value or store credit. If buyer refuses to get replacement item and proceed to cancel the order, will be treated as change of mind. In this case buyer will be responsible for returning the item in original condition to the seller and flat charge of $12 will be deducted as a restocking fee.
- Adore India reserves the rights to make changes to this return policy without notice.
- Most of of our items are hand made and have some kind of defects which reflects genuine hand made nature (explained in all product descriptions). Please refer those details before buying an item to avoid any return/disputes.
The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Processing / Handling fee if any
- Cost to return the product to Adore India (buyer will pay return postage charges in case of change of mind)
- If you have received your product as "FREE SHIPPING" a flat charge of $12 $12 will be deducted as a restocking fee.
- If you have purchased your item with express shipping and not happy with product or change of mind, express shipping charges (if any) along with above mentioned flat charges ( according to the parcel weight) will not be refunded.
