Yes we have physical store in Wangaratta, Victoria where you can see our range of products and quality. However if you have any query regarding product please contact us at support@adoreindia.com.au Please mention SKU number for query to assist you better.


I am facing a problem during checkout. Payment cannot be processed.

I want to buy a particular product but it is showing out of stock. Can I Back order?

No you cannot back order. However you can fill in your Email Id to notify when the product is back in stock.


Why I have received more than 1 parcel for my order?

At Adore India , we strive to offer you a wide range of high-quality products at affordable prices, we store our products in different warehouses to minimise the cost. When you place an order for multiple items, you may receive your products in separate parcels.


Do you deliver outside Australia?

Of course we do. Please check out with your complete address to see delivery charges.



Payment and Transactions


What are the methods of payment?

You can pay by credit card or debit card, apple pay, google pay or amazon pay through our secured website or alternatively checkout out using PayPal. If you would like to use Paypal as your preferred method, you do not require Paypal account to pay. You can use either your debit or credit card during checkout process.


Is it safe to make payment online/your website?

Yes. We have https enable website which secures your transaction/personal information as well as credit/debit card details. 


Can I get Tax invoice?

After placing an order you will get order confirmation email and has valid Australian Tax Invoice 




How much is delivery charges ?

Australia Wide Standard Delivery is FREE on order $100 or above 

Flat charge Australia wide- $8.95 per order for order less than $100


FREE DELIVERY – Not Valid for Wholesaler 


Can you deliver at P.O box address?

Yes we can send your item to the PO Box


Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Someone is required to accept order as Australia post need signature on delivery. However we suggest you to provide your work address at the time of checkout check out process if you are not available during business hours. If no one is available to receive packet, you might have missed notification information card in your mail box.


How Do I track my item and progress of my delivery?

You will receive an email with tracking number when your order is complete and dispatched.

How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Normal Post : It can take up to 1-12 working days and depend on the location.

Express Post: Generally 1-3 business days delivery after your order is complete and ready to dispatch.


Can I pick up my order from your store after making order and payment?

No. We do not have this facility at this stage.


When will my order be dispatched?

All order will be dispatched between 1-3 days after receiving full payment in advance.
